Meeting Millions Network (MMN) manages your personal data.

MMN operates www.meetingmillionsnetwork.com (“Site”) and offers it to you under these continuously evolving Terms of Service (“ToS”). These ToS regulate your access to and usage of MMN’s services available through the Site. The Site encompasses MMN’s affiliated websites, SMS, APIs, email notifications, applications, buttons, widgets, ads, commerce services, and any other related services accessible through our Site or linked to these ToS (collectively referred to as the “Services”). It also covers any information, text, links, graphics, photos, videos, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or displayed on the Services (collectively known as “Content”). By utilising the MMN Site and Services, you consent to abide by these ToS. Since these ToS are subject to continuous changes, you should anticipate frequent updates. As these changes occur, your usage rights and privacy expectations may also be impacted.

In case of any inconsistency between the terms of this agreement and any translation in another language, the English version will take precedence and govern any issues related to interpretation or otherwise.

1- Eligibility for Service Use

If the laws in your jurisdiction permit you to enter agreements with third parties, and you agree to these ToS, then you are eligible to use the MMN Site and Services. However, if you are legally incapacitated due to reasons such as mental disability, intoxication, or being under the age of 18, you are not allowed to use the MMN Site and Services. If you are accepting these ToS and using the MMN Site and Services on behalf of a company, organisation, government, or any other legal entity, you confirm that you have the necessary authorisation to do so.

2-Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, which you can find at www.meetingmillionsnetwork.com, outlines how we collect, process, store, and share the information you provide when using our MMN Site and Services. By using our Services, you acknowledge that your personal data will be collected and used as detailed in the Privacy Policy. This may include the transfer of your data to anywhere in India, United States, United Kingdom, and/or other countries for storage, processing, and use by MMN, its franchisees and members, and its affiliates.

3-Content on the Services

You bear responsibility for your utilisation of the MMN Site and Services and for any Content you contribute, including adherence to relevant laws and regulations. Please exercise caution before submitting or relying on any content, as you would with any material found on the Internet. Your use of the Content and MMN Site is at your own discretion and risk.

Ownership and Respect for Intellectual Property

MMN is the owner of intellectual property and understands the costs associated with developing and maintaining intellectual property. MMN also upholds the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the MMN Site and services to do the same. We retain the right to remove Content that is alleged to infringe without prior notice, at our sole discretion, and without any liability to you. We will address notices of alleged copyright infringement in compliance with applicable law, as outlined in our Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Copyright Infringement Report and Counter Notice forms. We will also respond to notices of alleged trademark and other intellectual property infringement in accordance with applicable law, as described in our Trademark Infringement Report and Counter Notice forms. Conduct and Responsibility of Users

Users of the Services are expected to operate in a lawful, ethical, and professional manner. Conduct should be fair, responsible, and business like at all times, avoiding discourteous, deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices. You hold sole responsibility for any comments or posts you make on our Site, blogs, or any MMN site. MMN does not exercise control over posted content and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such content. While using the Site or the Services, you may encounter content that you find offensive, indecent, or objectionable. Under no circumstances will MMN be held liable for any content, including but not limited to errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage incurred due to the use of posted content via the Site or the Services. MMN is also not responsible for any kind of business deals that you do with any of its members; MMN only acts as a networking platform and a marketplace for its members to connect with each other and with the general public.

Unethical or Unlawful Activities

• Examples of unethical or unlawful activities, which include but are not limited to the following, are strictly prohibited:
• Making false, misleading, or disparaging statements of any kind, including but not limited to statements about MMN, its affiliated entities, or any individual or entity using the Site or the Services.
• Engaging in any unauthorised use of the name, logo, trademark, or copyrighted material of MMN, its affiliated entities, or any other individual or entity. Violation of any federal, state, or local laws or regulations.

Prohibition of Spamming

“Spamming” refers to the misuse of electronic messaging systems to send unsolicited bulk messages indiscriminately. Although e-mail spam is the most recognised form, the term applies to similar abuses in other media, including but not limited to instant messaging, Usenet newsgroups, web search engines, spam in blogs, wiki spam, mobile phone messaging spam, Internet forum spam, junk fax transmissions, etc.

Spamming is strictly forbidden by MMN and will result in the immediate termination of your account. Additionally, spamming may be illegal under applicable laws, potentially subjecting you to civil or criminal penalties.

Software Usage

Your use of software provided through an MMN Site is subject to any applicable license agreement or user agreement, or the accompanying software documentation (“License Terms”). If software provided through an MMN Site is not licensed for your use through specific License Terms, you may use the software with the following conditions:

(a) the software may not be modified or altered in any way, and

(b) the software may not be redistributed. Content Screening and Removal

MMN has the discretion (but not the obligation) to review, refuse, relocate, or remove any content that violates the ToS or is otherwise objectionable.

You assume all risks associated with the use of any content on the MMN Site or in connection with the Services, including any reliance on its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness.

Access, Preservation, and Disclosure of Information

You acknowledge that MMN may access, preserve, and disclose your information if it is required by law or if there is a good faith belief that such access, preservation, or disclosure is reasonably necessary for the following purposes:

(a) To comply with legal processes.

(b) To enforce the provisions of these ToS.

(c) To respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties.

(d)To address your requests for customer service.

(e) To protect the rights, property, or personal safety of MMN, it’s users, and the public.

Security Components and Usage Rules

The Services and software integrated within the Service may contain security components that protect digital materials. The utilisation of these materials is subject to usage rules established by MMN and/or its technology providers. You may not attempt to override or circumvent any of the usage rules embedded in the Services.

Fees and Payments

1. Pricing and Payment Terms

When you order a service, you will have the opportunity to review and accept the applicable fees. Prices, availability, and other purchase terms are subject to change. MMN reserves the right to discontinue or modify specifications and prices for services offered on and outside of the MMN Site without prior notice and without incurring any obligations. All fees may be subject to applicable taxes.

2. Order Information Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information when ordering services through the MMN Site or other means. Payment must be received before an order is accepted. MMN may need to verify the information you provide and reserves the right to cancel or limit an order at anytime after it has been placed. If payment has already been made and your order is cancelled or limited, MMN will refund any payment made for the service that will not be delivered due to cancellation or limitation, using the same method as the original purchase.

3. Payment Authorisation

If your credit card company declines or refuses to pay for the service you have purchased, MMN may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate service delivery and may request payment for overdue amounts through alternative means. In the event legal action is necessary to collect outstanding balances, you agree to reimburse MMN for all expenses incurred in recovering such sums, including attorney fees and other legal expenses.

4. Additional Terms for Other Products and Services

Purchases of other products and services through the MMN Site may be subject to additional terms and conditions presented to you at the time of purchase.

No Automated Queries

You may not send automated queries of any kind to the MMN Site or its systems unless you have obtained express written permission in advance from MMN.

Intellectual Property

All content featured on the MMN Site and associated with the Services, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of MMN or its content suppliers. It is protected by international copyright laws. All software utilised on the Site is the property of MMN or its software suppliers and is safeguarded by international copyright laws. All trademarks, service marks, logos, brand and trade names displayed on the Site are the proprietary intellectual property of their respective owners. You may not use, modify, remove, or infringe upon any of this proprietary intellectual property. MMN retains full ownership rights concerning the Site and the Services, including but not limited to design, functionality, and documentation. You may not copy, edit, or reproduce any part of the Site or the Services.

If you are a copyright owner and believe that any content on our Site infringes your copyrights, you may notify us by sending us a mail to:

* A statement that the Complaining Party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

* A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the Complaining Party is the owner, or is authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. Upon receiving proper notification from the Complaining Party, MMN will conduct an investigation and forward the Complaining Party’s written notification to the alleged infringer. While MMN investigates the claim, MMN, at its sole discretion and without any legal obligation to do so, may temporarily remove or deny access to the allegedly infringing material from the Site. If MMN determines that the Complaining Party has raised a valid copyright claim, it will continue to suspend the alleged infringer’s MMN account and/or, if it is solely stored on an MMN server, deny access to the allegedly infringing material. If MMN concludes that the Complaining Party has not raised a legitimate claim, MMN will restore access to the allegedly infringing material.

1. Indemnification and Defense

You shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MMN and its affiliates, including their respective employees, directors, agents, and representatives, from any and all claims, costs, losses, damages, judgments, penalties, interest, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:

(i) Your utilisation of the Site or the Services.

(ii) Any actual or alleged breach of your representations, warranties, or obligations outlined in these ToS.

(iii) Any content you provide, including but not limited to any actual or alleged infringement of the intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third party.

Limitation of Liability

MMN shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages of any kind, including, without limitation, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages or losses arising from or in connection with these ToS, the Site, the Services, inability to use the Site or the Services, or resulting from any goods or services obtained, messages received, or transactions entered into through the Site or the Services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The MMN Site and the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. MMN makes no express or implied representations or warranties concerning the Site, the Services, or their content. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MMN disclaims all such warranties, including, without limitation:

* Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

* Assurance that the Site or the Services will meet your requirements, always be available, accessible, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

* Guarantee that the information, content, and materials on the Site will be as represented.

* Implied warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. * Any obligation, liability, right, claim, or remedy in tort, whether or not stemming from MMN’s negligence.

While we strive to collaborate with trusted and reputable providers, these sites may occasionally contain information, material, or policies that some individuals may deem inappropriate or personally objectionable. You understand that we are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, decency, or legality of content hosted on third-party websites, nor do we assume responsibility for errors or omissions in any references made on those websites. Inclusion of such links or references is provided solely for convenience and does not imply endorsement or association with the Site or the party by us, nor does it provide any warranty, either express or implied. You are solely responsible for and assume all risks associated with your access to and use of such linked websites.

Electronic Delivery of Notices

By using the MMN Site or the Services, you consent to receiving electronic communications from MMN, including notices, agreements, legally required disclosures, or other information related to the Services. MMN may also provide such notices by posting them on the Site. If you wish to withdraw your consent to receive notices electronically, you must discontinue your use of the Site and the Services.

Venue and Applicable Law

The MMN Sites are established, operated, and controlled by MMN in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The laws of India govern these ToS, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any action arising under these ToS shall be exclusively brought in courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

Severability

If any provision of these ToS is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

MMN will not be deemed to have waived any of its rights or remedies described in these ToS unless the waiver is in writing and signed by MMN. No delay or omission by MMN in exercising its rights or remedies will impair or be construed as a waiver. Any single or partial exercise of a right or remedy will not preclude further exercise of any other right or remedy. MMN’s failure to enforce the strict performance of any provision of these ToS will not constitute a waiver of MMN’s right to subsequently enforce that provision or any other provisions of these ToS.

Relationship of Parties

MMN is not acting as your agent, fiduciary, trustee, or representative. Nothing expressed or implied in these ToS is intended or shall be construed to grant any person other than the parties hereto any legal or equitable right, remedy, or claim under or in respect to these ToS. These ToS are intended for the exclusive benefit of MMN and you. N. No Resale Right.

You agree not to sell, resell, reproduce, duplicate, distribute, copy, or use for any commercial purpose any portion of this Site or access to this Site provided through this Site, beyond the limited rights granted to you in these ToS.

1. Force Majeure

Beyond what is allowed by applicable law, we shall not be held liable for non- delivery or delayed delivery of Services offered through our Site due to events beyond our reasonable control, whether or not foreseeable by either party.

Such events include, but are not limited to: labor disputes, war, fires, accidents, adverse weather conditions, transportation difficulties, governmental acts or regulations, and other causes or events beyond our reasonable control, whether or not similar to those enumerated above. P. Trademark

To notify MMN that there has been a trademark violation, please follow the specific instructions. If you (the “Complaining Party”) would like to submit a trademark claim for violation of a mark on which you hold a valid, registered trademark or service mark (registered with the Indian Patent and Trademark Office on the Principal Register or, for foreign marks, registered with the appropriate intellectual property organization of your country; state registrations and registrations on the Supplemental Register are not considered valid for these purposes), MMN requests that the Complaining Party substantiate such claim by providing the following information to it:

* The trademark, service mark, trade dress, name, or other indicia of origin (“mark”) that is claimed to be infringed, including registration number.

* The jurisdiction or geographical area to which the mark applies.

* The name, post office address, and telephone number of the owner of the mark identified above.

* The goods and/or services covered by or offered under the mark identified above.

* The date of first use of the mark identified above.

* The date of first use in interstate commerce off the mark identified above.

* A description of the manner in which the Complaining Party believes its mark is being infringed upon.

* Sufficient evidence that the owner of the website that is claimed to be infringing is an MMN user/member.

* The precise location of the infringing mark, including electronic mail address, etc.

* A good faith certification, signed under penalty of perjury, stating:

* The content of the website [identify website] infringes the rights of another party,

* The name of such said party,

* The mark [identify mark] being infringed, and

* That use of the content of the website claimed to be infringing at issue is not defensible.

Your trademark claim will not be effective unless we receive a notice to the following address:
